If you have hired a car with us then our representative will be able to direct you to the car hire desk and provide any assistance you require. Included in your travel documentation are detailed driving directions to your holiday accommodation. If you require any additional assistance or clarification then our representative is there to assist you. If you are planning to take a taxi to your accommodation, again our representative will be able to assist you with this.
Due to the time needed to clean and inspect self-catering properties, access to your accommodation cannot be allowed until 4pm. For guests who arrive earlier, luggage can be dropped at the property but, under no circumstances can guests stay in the garden or by the pool area until the property is ready. Should you wish to shop on arrival, the large supermarkets are open all day until 9pm on Saturday whilst other shops and services might close for lunch. Most shops close on Sunday except in high season when some supermarkets open in the morning.
The standard international practice is to let hotel rooms from midday to midday, however time do vary. Check-in times are usually between 2pm and 3pm, check-out times between 11am and 12 noon on the day of departure.
